Who owns SportRecruit.com?

SportRecruit.com is owned by Sport Recruit Ltd and its Founder/Director/Owner is Efrem Leigh who has launched the site in response to demands from Executive and Senior Management level candidates who have asked him to assist them in finding their next role in sport globally!

Efrem has built a global database of contacts in sport that stretches back as far as 2005 when he launched a football and rugby jobs board solution for sport.

In 2018 he has launched the new Executive Placement Service which provided an effective recruitment solution to sport via SportRecruit.com

SportRecruit.com Fees

We charge a placement fee if you employ any candidates that we introduce to you based on a percentage of the gross annual package

Please contact us to discuss your recruitment needs and once we understand the role and the criteria you have set we can then send our terms of business and fee structure to you for any permanent, interim or freelance roles

Our commitment to you!

100% 90 day guarantee on permanent placements?

We 100% guarantee every permanent placement we make for 90 days. If the candidate leaves within 90 days no permanent fee is payable!

Note: A temporary fee is chargeable if the candidate does leave within 90 days

We only invoice you once the candidate has successfully completed 90 days in their job

You then have up to 7 days to pay the fee by BACS directly to our bank account

Interview and Placement follow up?

We will give you the candidate feedback within 24 hours of any interview they have with you

We therefore ask you to also commit to giving us feedback on the candidate so that we can in turn offer the candidate feedback within 24 hours of any interview they have with you

When you employ one of our candidates we will contact you shortly after they have commenced their employment, then again at the end of the first month and finally after 90 days to check that both you and the candidate are happy

How do you begin the recruitment process with us?

In order for us to successfully source the right candidate for you we ask you to provide us with a job description, a person specification if available and to discuss the role with us on the telephone or via skype so we can fully understand your needs.

Where possible we will meet with you in person to better understand your recruiment needs and your company values and work environment.

Once we have this information we will begin our recruitment process and aim to send you our top 5 candidates within 7-14 days at the most.
